A road rage incident on Tuesday night in West Brunswick Township resulted in a shooting, state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks said.

It happened at 7:15 p.m. at the intersection of the Centre Turnpike (Route 61) and Municipal Road in the township and involved two men, ages 29 and 30.

Police said an altercation occurred between the two men while at a steady red light. During the argument, one of the men fired multiple rounds in the direction of the other man.
