State police at the Bureau of Gaming, Mount Airy Casino, Paradise Township, reported that Matthew Fennell, 35, of Henryville, was cited for harassment by physical contact and disorderly conduct.

Police said the incident occurred at 1:13 a.m. Nov. 10 and involved Fennell and a 58-year-old man from Mount Pocono.
