Mauch Chunk Opera House’s annual Harvest Jam leads the pack of entertainment coming to local and regional venues over the next two weeks.
The 12th Harvest Jam, held Thanksgiving Eve, will feature indie country artist Sarah Gross and her band The Killjoys, as well as Free Range Folk.
Meanwhile, Penn’s Peak will host, among others, country star Josh Turner and a Ruf Records 30th anniversary show. Over at Stroudsburg’s Sherman Theater, heavy metal band W.A.S.P. will mark the 40th anniversary of its debut album, playing the set in its entirety.

• Bywater Call, 8 p.m. Nov. 15. The Southern soul, roots-rock band, hailing from Toronto, Canada, released its debut album in 2019, with third album “Shepherd” issued in August.
• The “The Band” Band: The Last Waltz Celebration, 8 p.m. Nov. 16. The act revisits rock group The Band’s final show, which took place Thanksgiving Day 1976 in San Francisco.
• The Artimus Pyle Band, 8 p.m. Nov. 21. The group features Pyle, the last surviving member and drummer of the classic Lynyrd Skynyrd lineup.
• Dustin Douglas & The Electric Gentlemen, 8 p.m. Nov. 22. The Wilkes-Barre blues-rock trio will pay tribute to rock legends Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jimi Hendrix.
• Harvest Jam, 7 p.m. Nov. 27. The lineup features Sarah Gross & The Killjoys, plus Jim Thorpe’s Free Range Folk. Gross, hailing from Long Island, New York, released sophomore album “The Killjoy” in 2023. The indie country artist has performed with Zach Bryan. Free Range Folk, formed in 2010, will mark the release of its fourth album “It’s About Time.”

• Josh Turner, 8 p.m. Nov. 15. Born in Hannah, South Carolina, the singer-songwriter released his debut album in 2003, with 10th studio set “This Country Music Thing” issued in August.
• Ruf Records 30th Anniversary Celebration, 8 p.m. Nov. 22. Samantha Fish and Canned Heat, among others, will celebrate 30 years of blues and blues rock on label Ruf Records.
• FireHouse with Steelheart, 8 p.m. Nov. 23. Rock band FireHouse, formed in 1984, scored hits such as “Don’t Treat Me Bad” and “Love of a Lifetime.” Formed in 1989, glam metal band Steelheart scored hits such as “I’ll Never Let You Go” and “She’s Gone.”
• Dark Star Orchestra, 8 p.m. Nov. 27. The act pays tribute to rock band Grateful Dead.

• U.S.E. Trio, 7 p.m. Nov. 15. The trio consists of Andrew Urbina, Matt Scarano and Sandy Eldred, who met while working as sidemen on the Philadelphia jazz scene. Since 2018, U.S.E. Trio has released five albums, including “Sideways Circle” and “Happy Metal.”
• Josh Lawrence Quartet, 7 p.m. Nov. 22. Lawrence, a trumpeter and composer, has several solo albums to his credit.

• Alan Parsons: Live Project 2024, 8 p.m. Nov. 15. Born in London, the musician’s Alan Parsons Project, active from 1975 to 1990, released 11 studio albums.
• Taylor Dayne, 7 p.m. Nov. 17. Raised on Long Island, New York, Dayne released her first of her five studio albums in 1988.
• Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue, 8 p.m. Nov. 22. Born Troy Andrews in New Orleans, the trombonist — who at age 4 performed with Bo Diddley — fuses rock, pop, jazz, funk and hip-hop.

• Jim Norton, 8 p.m. Nov. 16. Born in Bayonne, New Jersey, the comedian started his stand-up career in 1990.
• W.A.S.P., 8 p.m. Nov. 21. Formed in Los Angeles in 1982, the heavy metal band has released 16 studio albums. For this show, W.A.S.P. will perform its debut album.
