Weatherly Area Community Library will hold a Read to a Dog event at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 19.

Children in grades 4, 5 and 6 can bring their favorite book or pick a library book to read to a dog who loves to listen to stories.

The library book club will also meet at 10 a.m. on Nov. 21. The book that will be discussed is “Winter Stroll” by Elin Hilderbrand.
