Faith Alive Church

Faith Alive Church, 678 Pine St., Palmerton (Bowmanstown) holds two services each Sunday with Pastor Rob Timlin. A contemporary service is held at 8:30 a.m., followed by Sunday school for all ages at 9:45 a.m. A traditional service is held at 11 a.m.

Palmerton schools closing

The Palmerton Area School District announces that schools will have an early dismissal on Nov. 25, 26 and 27 due to parent/teacher conferences.

Please note the following details that will have an effect on bus schedules:

• Secondary students (Grades 7-12) dismiss at 11 a.m.

• Elementary students (Grades K-6) dismiss at 11:45 a.m.
