State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:
• A 73-year-old Kunkletown man reported a gun theft on Garden Glove Lane, Eldred Township.
He told police that between noon Aug. 1 and 6:35 p.m. Oct. 30 someone stole a Mossberg 12-gauge shotgun valued at $250 from his residence.
• Police were called to a Protection From Abuse order violation at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 20 on Main Street in Parryville.
The victim is a 28-year-old woman from Lehighton.
• Linda Bachman, 70, of Saylorsburg, was cited for a dog law violation after police were called to a property on the Kunkletown Road, Eldred Township, at 4 p.m. Oct. 13.
A 47-year-old woman from Fairfield, Connecticut, was bitten by Bachman’s dog, according to police.
• Police are investigating a criminal mischief incident that was reported to them at 11 a.m. Oct. 12.
A 36-year-old man from Lakeview Drive, Saylorsburg, Ross Township, reported that someone damaged his American flagpole.
The damage was estimated at $200, police said.
• A 35-year-old Germansville woman is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance after police made a traffic stop at 4:20 p.m. Oct. 30.
She was stopped in a 2002 Honda for Title 75 violations on the Kunkletown Road, Ross Township. Police said that she displayed signs of impairment and admitted to illicit drug use.
• Police said a Wolf muzzleloader .50-caliber was reported located on the roadway on Forest Street, Towamensing Township, at 6:03 p.m. Oct. 28.
They said the gun was returned to its proper owner.
