State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks reported that Nathan Fisher, 37, of New Ringgold, is facing terroristic threats charges after police were called to an incident on Minersville Street, Norwegian Township.

Police said a 33-year-old man from Seltzer who is a probation officer was threatened.

They said that between 10:47 a.m. Oct. 28 and 6:38 p.m. Oct. 29, Fisher threatened to kill and stalked the probation officer, resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest.

Fisher was found by state troopers in York County, police said.
