State police at the Frackville barracks reported the theft of a political banner.

A 66-year-old woman from Andreas told police that someone stole a Harris/Walz political banner from her property on Mantz Hill Lane, West Penn Township, between 7 p.m. Oct. 13 and 11 a.m. Oct. 14.
