Kresge’s 43-yard run in the first quarter leads to his 3-yard burst into the end zone that opens the game’s scoring. Right before the half, the Bears go on an 85-yard march that ends with a Kresge 1-yard TD run. The senior QB completes three passes during the drive, while Vinnie DeLuzio adds a key 28-yard run. In the third frame, Kresge hits Jeff Martin with a 43-yard scoring strike. PV, coached by Donn Nicholas, add a defensive score in the final quarter on Joe Balzano’s 42-yard pick six.
