A Beetlejuice character stands 25 feet high on Sunday in front of the Perla Building, 105 W. Broad St. in Tamaqua. The blowup attraction was installed by Justin Startzel of Scripted in Style Events to promote Tamaqua Halloween Witches Fest 2024, sponsored by Jupiters Dust, a metaphysical shop in support of spiritual journeys.
