A Hamilton Township woman died in a one-car crash in Chestnuthill Township Thursday afternoon.

Megan Oldenburg, 39, of Hamilton Township, was pronounced dead at 5:03 p.m. Thursday at the scene of the crash, at the intersection of Barry’s Road and Bluegrass Lane.

State Police at Fern Ridge the vehicle traveled through the intersection, down an embankment and struck a tree causing the vehicle to overturn.

The Monroe County Coroner’s Office ruled the cause of death as accidental.
