State police at the Bureau of Gaming, Mount Airy Casino, reported that Michael McDevitt, 73, of White Haven, was cited for defiant trespass after an incident at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 10.

Police said casino security personnel identified him in Pit 3 on the casino floor after he had been evicted from the casino and issued a written eviction notice on July 28.

He also had returned to the casino in Paradise Township on Aug. 4 and was cited for trespassing, according to police.
