State police at Schuylkill Haven reported that Colleen W. Riley, 63, of Barnesville, was cited after a crash at 12:14 p.m. Oct. 15 at the intersection of Route 61 and South Liberty Street in North Manheim Township.

Police said Riley was driving a 2022 Subaru Forester on South Liberty Street when she proceeded into the intersection without proper clearance and the car struck a 2002 Toyota Camry driven by Angel L. Rivera, 74, of Reading.

Police said Soni Castillo Rodriguez, 61, also of Reading, a passenger in the Camry, was transported by personnel from the Pottsville/Schuylkill Haven Area EMS unit to the Geisinger-St. Luke’s Hospital near Orwigsburg.

Police were assisted at the scene by local towing services.
