State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:
• Brandon Sargent, 35, of Stroudsburg, was cited for harassment after police were called to a property on Scenic Drive, Polk Township, at 7:11 p.m. Oct. 13.
Police said they responded to a private property crash and a 32-year-old man from Chalfont, told police Sargent opened the door of his vehicle, yelled at him and backed into the victim’s vehicle while parking.
A 2024 Dodge Ram truck and a 2015 Toyota were involved in the incident.
• Richard Apgar, 76, of Gilbert, was cited for scattering rubbish after police responded to an incident at 11 a.m. Oct. 13 oat 387 Weir Lake Road, Polk Township.
Police said he discarded trash alongside the road.
• Grant Sedlock, 22, of Bethlehem, is the victim of a criminal mischief incident that police were called to at 500 Strohl Drive, Towamensing Township.
They said between 10 a.m. Oct. 5 and 12:19 p.m. Oct. 12 someone damaged a basement window and created a hole on the southeast side of a home the victim owns.
• A 27-year-old Lehighton man is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after police made a traffic stop at 1:37 a.m. Oct. 17.
He was stopped in a 2003 Ford Ranger for multiple Title 75 violations on Cold Spring Road, West Penn Township.
• A 29-year-old Palmerton woman is facing charges of assault with bodily injury after police responded to an incident at 4:13 p.m. Oct. 15 on Hemlock Street in Lower Towamensing Township.
Police said a 59-year-old woman from Palmerton reported the 29-year-old assaulted her and smashed her head into a wall.
