State police at the Fogelsville barracks reported the following crash:

• A 25-year-old Slatington woman is facing charges following a hit-and-run crash that occurred about 11:44 p.m. Sept. 21 on Interstate 78 westbound in Upper Macungie Township.

Police said she was located several miles away hours after the crash involving a 2005 Lincoln Continental and a 2010 Honda Accord.

In addition to facing hit-and-run charges, police said she was arrested for an unrelated driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance incident.

State police at the Bethlehem barracks reported the following crash:

• No one was hurt in a two-vehicle crash at 8:50 p.m. Sept. 17 on Main Street (Route 309) in North Whitehall Township.

Police said the crash occurred when an unidentified vehicle traveling south attempted to overtake a 2001 Nissan Frontier driven by Wartheman Pena, 58, of Schnecksville, sideswiping a pickup truck.

Police said the driver of the unidentified vehicle fled the scene.
