After an opening season loss, King’s College has put together three straight wins, including last Saturday’s 28-25 final-play thriller over Widener. It was the Monarch’s first win over Widener since 2009.

Tamaqua graduate Sean Lavine continues to shine on the defensive line for King’s. Lavine had three tackles in Saturday’s win, including a quarterback sack.

On the season, Lavine has 14 tackles, including four tackles for losses and three quarterback sacks.
