Four drivers of Interstate Dress Carriers who have driven a combined total of 49 years without a chargeable accident, have been named “Drivers of the Year” by the firm.

Raymond A. Smith of Palmerton R.1 was given the honor at the IDC terminal in Lehighton R.1; Charles M. Kresge of Palmerton was named tops at the Bath terminal; and John M. Kintzer of Myerstown R,1 and Francis H. Bailey of Pittston were accorded the same honors at the Lebanon County and Plains Township terminals, respectively.

Smith has been employed at the Lehighton terminal since 1956 wile Kresge has worked out of the Bath terminal since 1954.
