Lehighton Borough Police Department reported the following incidents:

• James Wilson, 42, of Folcroft, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance for an incident Sept. 1 along Route 443.

• Trista Hosier, 28, of Weissport, was charged with theft, access device fraud and receiving stolen property for an incident Aug. 7 on South First Street.

• Deivon Barlow, 29, of Freeland, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of small amount of marijuana and driving under the influence of a controlled substance for an incident Sept. 1 in the 400 block of North First Street.
