The Weatherly Area Community Library basket raffle will be held on Oct. 5 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Packer Township Municipal building, 2234 Hudson Drive near Weatherly.

The drawing begins promptly at 2 p.m.

A preview night will be held from 6-8 p.m. Oct. 4.

Tickets may be purchased at that time. Winners need not be present.

There will be more than 100 baskets for some lucky winners, along with bigger ticket items, lottery trees and many more prize.

The kitchen will be open and feature hot dogs, hamburgers, sausage and peppers, barbecue, haluski and homemade pierogies and soup.

There will also be a bake sale.
