According to the affidavit of probable cause filed by Trooper Gary Fedorczyk of the Pennsylvania State Police, Fern Ridge barracks in the case against Ariel Duncan:
At 12:25 p.m. Sept. 4, Fedorczyk was dispatched to a home in the 600 block of Country Acres Drive, Chestnuthill Township, for a disturbance.
The victim said that she was having issues with her son’s girlfriend, Duncan, 19.
The woman said she purchased Duncan a bus ticket on Sept. 3, took her to the bus terminal and told her not to return to the residence.
She said Duncan returned to the residence on Sept. 4 and demanded to get into the house to get the rest of her belongings.
She denied access and said Duncan began throwing items at the residence and at two vehicles parked in the driveway.
Duncan smashed the glass on the front entry storm door and the main entry door, and also damaged the door frame and smashed out the glass on the door frame.
Duncan broke multiple concrete lawn statues and a security camera on the front of the residence.
She said Duncan also threw a conch shell against the victim’s 2018 Cadillac XTS causing damage to sides of the vehicle.
Duncan then threw the conch shell off the roof of the victim’s 2018 Mercedes-Benz C300, causing body damage to the roof.
The victim also explained that Duncan also damaged a 60-inch flat screen TV inside the residence.
Duncan faces charges on two counts of criminal mischief, and one charge each of defiant trespass and disorderly conduct.
She is incarcerated in the Monroe County Prison in lieu of $10,000 monetary bail, and scheduled to have a preliminary hearing Thursday before District Judge Colleen Mancuso of Brodheadsville.
