Bob and Crystal McGarry stand at a bridge dedicated in memory of their daughter Caitlin, a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation worker who lost her life in 2017. State and local elected officials joined the family in unveiling signs Tuesday, renaming the newly reconstructed Route 443/Columbia Street Bridge over the Schuylkill River as the Caitlin McGarry Memorial Bridge in Schuylkill Haven.
