The winners double the advantage in the second half when Kim Mizak sets up Endres for a 2-0 score. The Indians avoid the shutout and cut the deficit in half when Kathy Tibensky knocks in a shot during a scramble in front of the cage. Palmerton goalie Paula Hahn collects seven saves in the contest, while Lehighton keeper Heather Novatnack stops 13 shots.
