Motorists are advised to watch for new traffic patterns or a detour on Route 209 in Lansford starting Tuesday morning for road repairs.

Signs will be posted starting at 7 a.m. as the borough’s crews begin work on a sinkhole in the highway between Sharpe and Cortright streets, near Kennedy Park.

Motorists are asked to stay alert to changes.
