East Penn Township supervisors took the following action last week:

• Accepted Portland Contractor’s Inc., three-year renewal.

• Approved sending a well violation to 1197 German Road for a well violation that had expired.

• Under the road report, announced that they finished milling and all work on Church Hill Road; finished milling and base work on Municipal Road; took all used telephone poles from Municipal parking lot to parks for reuse; fixed the dusk till dawn light in front of the post office; repaired holes on the township’s section of Troxells Hill Road; cut the grass on the shoulders of Thomas Jefferson, Picnic Woods Road and Municipal Road; and took care of shoulder wash out complaints on Bowmans Road, Holiday Road and Summer Mountain Road.
