State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 55-year-old Stroudsburg man is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after police conducted a traffic stop at 12:52 a.m. Aug. 8.

He was stopped in a 2007 Toyota for violations of Title 75 in VanBuskirk Drive in Hamilton Township.

• A 24-year-old Lehighton man is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after police conducted a traffic stop at 2:08 a.m. Aug. 6.

He was stopped in a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu for a Motor Vehicle Code violation in Franklin Street in Weissport.

• A 44-year-old Tamaqua man was cited after police were called to an incident at 8:41 p.m. Aug. 5 on Pine Run Road, Towamensing Township.

They said the victim, a 70-year-old Lehighton woman, reported the trespassing incident.

State police did not release the names of the individuals in the aforementioned incidents.
