State police whose jurisdiction includes the Mt. Airy Casino in Paradise Township reported the following incident:

John McDevitt, 73, of White Haven was cited for criminal trespass after an incident at the casino at 3:33 p.m. Aug. 4.

Police said he returned to the casino after being served and signing eviction paperwork.
