Rain from Tropical Storm Debby pushed the Little Schuylkill River from barely 2 feet deep to 4.52 in a matter of hours on Friday, according to USGS data compiled in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
