NCC announces new academic programs for fall 2024
This fall, Northampton Community College announces several new academic programs as it continues to meet the needs of its students and communities, all while continuing to offer a mix of in-person, online, and hybrid course options across its 120-plus programs and majors.
New programs will be offered this fall:
• Culinary arts — entrepreneurship, specialized diploma; and data analytics, specialized diploma;
• Diagnostic medical sonography — cardiac, associate in applied scienc;
• Diagnostic medical sonography — vascular, associate in applied science; occupational safety and health, associate in applied science and specialized diploma; professional studies, associate in applied science; respiratory care, associate in applied science; social media and digital marketing, specialized diploma.
Students interested in attending NCC can choose from a variety of start dates to accommodate their schedules and can even complete some courses at faster paces. NCC’s traditional 14-week fall semester and 7-week Accelerated I fall session both begin on Aug. 24, the 9-week mid-fall semester begins on Sept. 30, and the 7-week Accelerated II fall session begins on Oct. 21.

Alternatively, for those who are not yet an NCC student but are interested in learning more about enrolling this fall, sign up to attend a Spartan Fair on Aug. 6, by visiting https://info.northampton.edu/spartan-fairs. Prospective students will learn about NCC’s programs and can even complete their application with a member of NCC’s enrollment team.
Current or newly-accepted students can also take advantage of NCC’s special Saturday Registration Day on Aug. 17, for assistance with course registration and other enrollment needs.
