State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks reported that three people are facing drug charges after a traffic stop police conducted at 7:22 a.m. July 3 in the 1800 block of the Centre Turnpike in West Brunswick Township.

Police said they stopped a 2009 Hyundai and arrested the driver for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, and two passengers for possession of a controlled substance.

The three are Katelyn Shade, 32, of Sunbury, Kevin Schmidt, 33, of Danville, and Erick Coonrod, 35, of Bloomsburg, police said.
