David Lugo, 82, of Bethlehem, died July 1, 2024. of marriage. Born in Camuy, Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Felipe N. and Providencia (Roman) Lugo. He was the husband of Adelaida (Galarza) Lugo for 56 years.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College.
He was in the U.S. Army during Vietnam.
He worked for Citibank for many years before retiring.
He was a parishioner of Notre Dame of Bethlehem Catholic Church.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, David C. (wife, Meredith) of Ambler; a daughter, Christel M. Lugo (husband, Michael Ticehurst) of Jersey City; a brother, Wilfredo Lugo; a sister, Ines Lugo; and a granddaughter, Charlotte M. Lugo.
