State police at the Pocono barracks reported the following incidents that happened on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike:

• Jasmine Carter, 38, of Philadelphia, was charged with possession of forged documents after police came upon a disabled 2014 Chrysler Town and Country at 7:20 p.m. July 12 at mile marker 93.7 in Kidder Township.

Police said she was present when police arrived and displayed inspection stickers indicating an expiration date of August 2024. Police said a check of them indicated they were fraudulent and forged.

• Dyshon Marable, 38, of Philadelphia, was charged with forging documents after police made a traffic stop of a 2014 Lincoln Continental he was driving at 12:45 p.m. July 13 on Interstate 476 in Washington Township.

Police said Marable was stopped for an expired registration on the vehicle but their investigation revealed the car’s registration was suspended for noncompliance with the turnpike’s toll by plate policy. Police also learned the inspection stickers on the vehicle were forged.

Police said the victim in the case is Frank Karp Welding, Scott Township.

• Police said a 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 they stopped at mile marker 69.1 in Washington Township at 3:52 p.m. July 14 had a fictitious inspection on it.

The truck was stopped for an expired registration, after which police learned about the fake stickers. They did not identify the driver or any passengers, but said victims of the incident are Wolf Auto Service, Gibsonia, and Lawrence Chevrolet Inc., Mechanicsburg.

• Sultan Rasheed-Johnson, 36, of Wilkes-Barre, was charged with “fake documents/suspended registration” after police made a traffic stop at 5:44 p.m. July 14 at 683 Interstate 476 in Washington Township.

Police said he was driving a 2013 Ford Fusion compliance with payments owed the Turnpike and found out he had fictitious inspection stickers on the vehicle. Police said the stickers had an expiration date of October 2024 but were forged.

Police said victims in the incident are JJLH of Hogestown LLC, Mechanicsburg, and Telford Auto Repair, Telford.

• Salma Mustafa of Stroudsburg is facing charges of driving while his license is suspended for a driving under the influence charge and having a fraudulent/forged inspection sticker on his vehicle after police made a traffic stop at 5:10 p.m. July 16 at mile marker 69.1 in Washington Township.

Police said he was stopped in a 2019 Subaru Legacy for having an expired registration on it. Police subsequently determined his license is suspended and the inspection sticker on the car, which was good until December of this year, was forged from Unico Auto Repair, Philadelphia.
