Northern Valley continued its strong season in Lehigh Valley Senior Connie Mack play with another impressive win Thursday.

Watson Church and Cole Dynda both combined on a three-hit shutout as Northern Valley gained a 10-0 victory over East Stroudsburg.

Church tossed the first three frames, allowing all three hits while striking out three. Dynda relieved and threw three hitless frames, fanning six.

Parker Schaffer paced the Chargers offense with three hits and two RBIs. Coy Daubert added a pair of hits and three runs, while Brayden Buskirk contributed two hits and knocked in a run.

The winners, now 14-2, also received a hit and two RBIs from Hunter Reichard.

Coplay-Northern Vy.

Parker Schaffer went 3-for-3 at the plate and Northern Valley scored seven times in the first inning en route to a 15-0 victory over Coplay on Wednesday.

Schaffer scored twice and also knocked in a pair of runs.

Watson Church contributed a double and a triple, scoring once and adding two RBIs, while Hunter Reichard connected for a two-run homer.

The winners also received two hits and two runs from both Brayden Buskirk and Landon Rosado.

Franklin Township had a good start against Lehigh-West Bethlehem but ended up dropping a 12-6 decision in the league semifinals.

Cash White finished with two hits and two runs for FT, which led 2-0 and 3-1 early in the contest. Dominic Lawrence had two RBIs, while Braylon Hunsicker scored two runs.

The winners were paced by Andrew Erfle and Xavier Ryan, who both had two hits and two RBIs. Erfle also scored three runs.

Tamaqua-Jim Thorpe

A quick start helped the Tamaqua 12s roll to a 13-1 four-inning win over the Jim Thorpe 11-12 All-Stars in the Panther Valley Little League Tournament on Wednesday.

Cain Conner and Ryan Geronimo each had a hit, two RBIs and two runs scored for Tamaqua, which led 10-1 after two innings. Tevin Makovec tripled with two runs scored, and Chayse Barron doubled with an RBI and two runs.

Kellan Krajcirik struck out three and scattered three hits over four innings of work.

Parker G., Jaxon O. (RBI) and Lyric S. had hits for Jim Thorpe.
