State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 57-year-old woman from Stroudsburg is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after police conducted a traffic stop at 2:14 a.m. June 25.

She was stopped in a 2007 Toyota Corolla for a Motor Vehicle Code violation on Route 209 in Chestnuthill Township.

• Two Lehighton residents - a 37-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman - were cited for harassment by physical contact after police responded to a domestic incident.

It happened at 5:13 p.m. June 23 at a residence on the 800 block of North First Street, Mahoning Township.

Police said both parties alleged they were physically harassed by the other party.

• A 45-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman from Lehighton were cited for harassment by physical contact after police responded to a domestic incident.

It happened at 12:28 a.m. June 20 on Jefferson Street in Franklin Township.

Police said both parties physically assaulted and harassed each other following an argument within the residence.
