A storm Sunday afternoon brought down trees and wires and cause pockets of power outages throughout the region.
In Carbon County PPL is reporting 173 without power in East Penn Township and 12 in Lower Towamensing Township. In Monroe County, 24 homes are without power in Polk Township. Slatington borough has 252 residents without power. In Schuylkill, 15 customers are out in Rush Township.
