Jessica Carrasiqullo, 29, of Philadelphia, was cited for disorderly conduct after state police at the Pocono barracks conducted a traffic stop at 8:45 a.m. June 22 in Washington Township on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Police said she was stopped in a 2020 Honda Accord for speeding after police clocked her at 97 mph in a 70 mph zone. They said the vehicle displayed fictitious emissions and inspections stickers. They identified the businesses whose inspection stickers were falsified as Lockhart Tire Co., Pittsburgh, and Warriner’s Auto Shop, Montrose.
