Week of July 7
• Cornerstone Community Church, 388 Polk Township Road, Kunkletown, will host “The Great Jungle Journey VBS” from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. July 7-11, with closing program at 7 p.m. July 12. Register online at myvbs.org/cornerstonecommunitychurch or call the office at 610-681-3534. For ages 4 through students entering Grade 6.
Week of July 15
• Zoomerang VBS – Returning to the Value of life. July 15-19, at 6:30 p.m. At Overcomers Holiness Church, 347 Lizard Creek Rd., Andreas. For more information call 272-900-4517.
• St. Matthew’s UCC, Kunkletown, VBS, Camp Firelight, will be held from 9 a.m. to noon, July 15 to 19, in the grove. The theme is Camp Firelight.
Students ages 3 to 12, youth helpers ages 13 to 17, and adult leaders are being asked to be part of the team.
The sessions will include Bible storytelling, crafts, science experiments, snacks, games, music, fellowship, and making new friends
Week of July 22
• Joint Community Vacation Bible School with Trinity and Zion UCC, to be held at 175 S. 3rd St., Lehighton. Monday, July 22 through Wednesday, July 24, 6-8 p.m. Free registration for ages 3 through grade 6. Theme: “Start the Party. Celebrate the Good News.” Jesus gives us the most amazing reason to party. With this good news, students are taught about friendship, belonging, and forgiveness. Registrations available in the narthex, online www.tlclehighton.com, 610-377-4303. Volunteers are welcome to help.
• Our Lady Queen of Peace Church will host its Vacation Bible School from 9 a.m. to noon July 22 to 26.
There is no registration fee this year for this week of faith and fun.
Registration forms are available on the church’s website/at the church office/at the bulletin stations.
Adult volunteers are always needed for props and activities. Clearances may be required.

Week of July 29
• Effort UMC will hold its VBS the week of July 29 through Aug. 2. The theme for the week is: “Hometown Nazareth- Where Jesus was a Kid.” This program will be held from 9 a.m. to noon. Those who are willing to volunteer at VBS, contact Deb Audett at: daudett@ptd.net and she will assist folks in signing up and ensuring clearances are up-to-date.
A sign-up sheet to register the youth will be placed on the Welcome Center in the near future.
