Monroe incidents

State police at the Stroudsburg barracks reported the following incidents:

• Two Stroudsburg men, ages 25 and 54, were cited for harassment by physical contact after police responded to a domestic disturbance at 10:20 p.m. June 21 at a property on Mutton Hollow Road, Hamilton Township. Police said the men, identified as family members, engaged in an argument that resulted in a fight in which both parties were injured.

• A 40-year-old man from Sciota was cited for harassment by physical contact after police responded to a domestic disturbance at 9:45 a.m. June 21 at a property on Steeple Drive, Hamilton Township.

A 53-year-old woman from Brooklyn, New York, told them the man threw coffee grains at her.

• Police were called to a supposed shoplifting/retail theft incident at 10:43 a.m. May 21 at the Giant food store on Route 611 in Hamilton Township.

They said store personnel told them video footage identified a suspect. The suspect was escorted back inside the store. Police said it was determined the suspect paid for the items in full.
