Faith Alive Church

Faith Alive Church, 678 Pine St., Palmerton (Bowmanstown) holds two services each Sunday with Pastor Rob Timlin. A contemporary service is held at 8:30 a.m., followed by Sunday school for all ages at 9:45 a.m. A traditional service is held at 11 a.m.

• Vacation Sunday school: Children ages 4 through sixth grade are invited to participate in crafts, Bible studies and more in June, July and August. The classes are held at 9:45 a.m. on Sundays.

• July 7: Missionary Service

• July 7: Joe and Corinna Cavanaugh, World Gospel Mission in Central Mexico. There is a combined Sunday school for adults and children in Leah’s room at 9:45 a.m.

Micah’s Meals is in need of lists to begin the new school year. Any food donations should have a best by date December 2024 or later.

ABC Food Pantry is in need of canned goods and nonperishable food items. Please drop off donations in the church lobby.

Sacred Heart Church

Sacred Heart Church Social Hall, 243 Lafayette Ave., Palmerton, will hold a cash bingo on July 14. Doors and kitchen open at noon and bingo begins at 1 p.m.
