June 22, 1984 - Palmerton rallies for two runs with two outs in the seventh inning to pull out a 7-6 Lehigh Valley Legion victory over Lehighton. Scott Hillegass starts the comeback with an infield single and Randy Engle follows with a hit. An error on the play allows Hillegass to score the tying run. Dave Sayuk delivers an RBI hit to plate Engle with the go-ahead and eventual winning run. Lehighton loads the bases with two outs in the home seventh but winning pitcher Pay Papay gets out of the jam to preserve the win. Hillegass ends with three hits, one a homer, while Scott Kmetz blasts two two-run homers for Lehighton.
