The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced the following road work this week:

Carbon County

• Jim Thorpe borough and Penn Forest Township, Route 903 brush cutting between Jim Thorpe and Monroe County line, Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Kidder Township, Route 534-Hickory Run Road bridge repair between Route 903 and Route 940, Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Banks Township, Route 309 paving between Luzerne County Line and Schuylkill County line, Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Monroe County

• Multiple municipalities, Route 940 shoulder work/widening between Route 115 and Route 191, Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Multiple municipalities, Interstate 80 crack sealing between Exit 284 (Route 115) and Exit 310 (Route 611), Monday through Friday 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

• Barrett Township, Route 191 construction between Route 390 and Woodland Road, Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Multiple municipalities, Route 715 construction between Mountain Road and Route 611, Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Northampton County

• Bethlehem Township, Route 22/Lehigh Valley Thruway East inspection between Route 191 and Route 33, Monday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• Upper Mount Bethel Township, Route 611/North Delaware Drive drainage between Slateford Road and Monroe County line, Tuesday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• Bethlehem Township, Route 22/Lehigh Valley Thruway West inspection between Route 33 and Route 191, Thursday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• Williams Township, Route 611/South Delaware Drive construction between Browns Drive and Smith Avenue, Thursday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• Multiple municipalities, Route 33 brush cutting between Route 22 and Monroe County line, Thursday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• Wilson Borough and city of Easton, Route 248/Northampton Street construction between Wood Avenue and Spring Garden Street, Friday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Schuylkill County

• West Penn Township, Route 309/West Penn Pike shoulder work/widening between Lehigh County Line and Tamaqua, Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
