Ruthann Ciszak of Kunkletown was named to the President’s List at Shenandoah University in Winchester, Va., for the Spring 2024 semester.

To qualify, students must be enrolled full-time in baccalaureate degree programs and attain a semester GPA of 3.90 or higher. All President’s List honorees are also recognized on the university’s dean’s list, which includes students who earn a semester GPA of 3.50 or higher.
