Why you entered medicine: Dr. Ginting sees great satisfaction in alleviating someone’s medical issue with the technical skills she developed as a surgeon.

“I was drawn to medicine by a desire to help people when they need it most,” said Dr. Ginting. Being a surgeon also provides her with an opportunity to do something else she loves - finding intellectual stimulation from continuous medical advancements.

About Dr. Ginting: Having spent time tutoring and mentoring others, Dr. Ginting now wants to focus on health care outreach and community education as a member of the Lehigh Valley Health Network family.

“I enjoy being a mother to my young child and traveling with my family. I also love cooking and hiking around the area,” Dr. Ginting says.
