Details have been released for Northwestern’s PIAA Class 4A softball quarterfinal contest.

The Tigers will face District 2 champion Valley View Thursday at Central Columbia High School at 1 p.m.

Northwestern defeated Valley View 3-2 in the first round of the PIAA Class 4A tournament last season.

The Tigers are coming off an 8-3 win over District 12 champion Archbishop Ryan, while Valley View posted a 6-3 victory against District 4 champion Jersey Shore.
