William Cannon, 26, of Coaldale, was sentenced to up to 18 months in Schuylkill County Prison on fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, two counts of violating stop and yield signs, and operating on streets after being arrested by Coaldale police on Dec. 25, 2023.

Judge Christopher Hobbs Cannon also ordered to perform 20 hours of community service, and pay $25 fines for the three summary traffic violations.

Judge Christina E. Hale sentenced Donna Kaminsky, 29, of Lansford, to up to 18 months in Schuylkill County Prison on a charge of possession of a controlled substance after being arrested by Pottsville City Police on Dec. 11, 2023.
