Franklin Township posted five wins recently in Junior Connie Mack action.

Franklin defeated both Pen Argyl and Jim Thorpe twice, and also rallied to top Northampton.

Franklin-Pen Argyl

Franklin Township jumped out to an early lead and cruised to an 11-2 victory over Pen Argyl.

Cash White and Brayden Ulshafer both had a hit, scored twice and knocked in two runs for the winners, who raced to a 6-0 advantage.

Brian Mriss and Aiden McCarroll each added a pair of runs scored, while Brock Atwood, Braylon Hunsicker and Landan Steigerwalt all finished with a hit and an RBI.

White also earned the pitching win, allowing two runs and six hits while striking out five over five innings.

Jim Thorpe-Franklin

Brayden Ulshafer had a big game at the plate and on the mound to help Franklin Township earn a 12-2 win over Jim Thorpe.

Ulshafer went 3-for-3 with a walk, scoring four times and driving in a pair. He also allowed just one hit and struck out nine over five innings to gain the victory.

Brock Atwood added two hits and three RBIs to the winning cause, while Cash White collected two hits, scored a run and knocked in one.

Franklin also received a hit and two RBIs from Alex Kish.

For Thorpe, C Labukas finished with a hit and two RBIs.

Franklin Township jumped out to an early lead and held on for a 7-6 victory.

Cash White pitched 6 1/3 innings, allowing six hits and only one earned run while striking out nine. He also helped his own cause with a double, run scored and RBI.

Braylon Hunsicker collected two hits, scored twice and knocked in a pair of runs for the winners, who led 5-0 after two innings. Brayden Ulshafer added two hits and two runs, while Brock Atwood contributed a hit and two RBIs.

Franklin also received a double and run scored from Dominic Lawrence.

Braylon Hunsicker and Dominic Lawrence combined on a three-hit shutout as Franklin Township rolled to an 11-0 victory over Jim Thorpe.

Hunsicker pitched the first three innings, allowing two hits and striking out six. Lawrence tossed the final two frames, giving up one hit and fanning one.

Hunsicker also collected a pair of hits and scored twice. Cash White added two hits, two runs and two RBIs, while Grant Birnbaum finished with a pair of hits and an RBI.

Northampton-Franklin

Franklin Township rallied from a big deficit and then pulled away for a 17-7 victory over the NAA Konkrete Kids.

Brayden Ulshafer and Cash White both had three hits to lead a 14-hit attack by Franklin, which trailed 7-0 heading into the bottom of the fourth inning.

Ulshafer scored twice and knocked in a run, while White had a double and triple among his hits and added two RBIs.

Landan Steigerwalt contributed two hits, two runs and three RBIs for the winners, and Brian Mriss finished with a pair of hits, two runs and an RBI.

Jake Albert tossed two innings of scoreless relief to gain the win. He also chipped in offensively with a hit, three runs and an RBI.
