Marian graduate Mia Nemeth was one of five Bloomsburg softball players to be named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team.

Nemeth has been a staple in center field for the Huskies this season, earning her first CSC Academic All-District nod following her junior campaign.

The secondary English education major started 54 games on the year for the Huskies, finishing with a career-high 22 RBIs. She had 33 hits - nine for extra bases, including six doubles and two homers - and scored 21 runs.

Nemeth is a two-time Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete and PSAC Scholar-Athlete honoree, also receiving D2 ADA Scholar-Athlete recognition last season.
