Former Panther Valley standout and Times News Baseball Player of the Year Michael Pascoe was named to the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference 2024 All-Conference team after a stellar season for Chestnut Hill College.

The 2024 baseball all-conference teams are voted on by the league’s 11 coaches. Pascoe received an All-Conference Second Team selection as a utility player and pitcher.

Pascoe led the Griffins this season with a .338 battling average, playing in 38 of CHC’s 42 games. Pascoe, who spent most of his time on the field at first base, also earned CACC Rookie of the Week honors a total of four times in the season. Pascoe led the team with 47 hits, three triples and 38 RBIs. The freshman also saw time on the mound for the Griffins, as he finished with a 1-2 record in 24.1 innings pitched, in which he finished with 20 strikeouts.
