Former Palmerton star Cole Serfass was honored by the Pennsylvania State Athletics Conference (PSAC) for his play with the Mansfield baseball team this past season.
Serfass was recently named to the PSAC’s Eastern Division Second Team.
Serfass started his freshman season bhind the plate for the Mountaineers, and was one of only three in his class to earn all-conference honors. He posted a solid .324 batting average in his first season, scoring 24 runs and recording 22 RBIs in the Mountaineers lineup. He also finished with three home runs, collected a total of 14 extra base hits and had an on-base percentage of .397, which was second best on the team.
