Snyder gets the final out on a strikeout to give the Bulldogs, coached by Erv Prutzman, the title. The winners use solid defense in claiming the title, turning a key 1-6-3 double play in the fifth inning and cutting down a run at the plate in the sixth on a throw from Jake Kern to catcher Andy Hoch. Matt Gill’s two-run single in the third give Nolehi a lead it will never lose, while Kern also adds an RBI single.
