The 2024 Carbon County Senior Games have wrapped up.
The cornhole bags and ladder ball strings have been put away.
The dancing shoes tucked in a closet until next year.
But through the last two weeks, lasting friendships have been formed and friendly competition has provided over 200 seniors, ages 60 and older, with memories and medals that will last the rest of their lives.
As we wrap up our coverage of the games, the Times News showcases some of the events that made this year’s events yet another success for this region.
